锅炉密封锅炉密封boiler seal gu0lu mlfeng锅炉密封(boiler seal)在锅炉受热面本身和各受热面相互间以及各穿墙管处装焊金属密封件,以有效防止炉膛和烟道泄漏的结构措施。锅炉做到全密封乃是超轻质保温炉墙得以实现的先决条件,而锅炉有了膨胀中心(见锅炉膨胀中心)又是做好密封设计的前提。因为有了膨胀中心和锅炉各部位的温度分布,才可计算出各部位的膨胀位移量,为密封设计提供可靠依据。 锅炉密封广泛采用的措施有:①对大面积的锅炉受热面包括炉膛、包墙及顶栩部分采用膜式壁结构。对密节距光管管排结构,用内护板实现整体大面积的密封,即紧贴管子背火面敷设一层密封钢板。②对节距较大的穿墙管部位常采用梳形板密封结构,此时必须考虑到梳形板焊接有足够的施焊空间。③穿墙管部位更多的是采用梳形套管密封结构,梳形套管兼具梳形板和保护套管的双重作用,其最大优点是在地面(或制造厂)可预先将梳形套管焊接在穿墙管上,并可进行热处理。④顶棚管与炉膛四周墙之间采用柔性密封结构,用薄壁的弯板连接顶棚和炉膛四周炉墙,借弯板的柔性补偿相互间的膨胀差,这些部位多采取两道柔性密封,以确保密封质量.⑤燃烧器与水冷壁之间的密封分为焊接和滑动两种。当燃烧器与水冷壁采用焊接固定时,燃烧器的重量可全部或部分由水冷壁承受,燃烧器随水冷壁一起向下膨胀,这时与燃烧器相连接的煤粉管道上应有补偿器吸收姗烧器的膨胀位移。当燃烧器不随水冷壁运动时,燃烧器与水冷壁之间应有滑板密封装t,保证水冷壁能上下移动.其结构特点是有由两块厚钢板构成的密封滑动面。分别属于封焊在水冷壁上的密封翠壳和嫩烧器本体。厚板间四周用石棉绳密封并压紧,两个平面之间有蝶形弹簧压紧,还有滚轮装t,水冷壁向下膨胀时可通过滚轮引导。⑥门孔处的密封处理,首先是在让管处补焊鳍片,尽量减少门孔处的暴露面积。门孔装置固定在门孔密封罩壳上,密封翠壳焊在受热面管子上。各种门孔本身用自重压紧、水封、气封等方法进行密封。⑦炉底冷灰斗和除渣装置之间采用水封装置进行密封。水封槽置于除渣装置上缘,水封插板装在水冷壁下集箱或下部水冷壁上,再插人水封槽内。水封槽内有进出水管,确保水封槽的水位和冲刷积存的灰垢。
