回转式空气预热器回转式空气预热器rotating air preheater  回转式空气预热器(rotating air preheater)利用蓄热元件储蓄烟气的热量,并将其传给空气的再生式高效换热器。回转式预热器按其转动部件的不同,可分为转子旋转的容克式预热器和风罩旋转式预热器。前者的蓄热元件配置在慢慢转动的转子上,依靠转子转动依次通过烟气和空气;后者的蓄热元件配置在不动的定子上,由旋转的8字形风罩来控制烟气和空气交替流过蓄热元件。为了防止烟气和空气串流,减少漏风系数,转子或定子流通断面中有约占流通总断面10一20肠的两个惰性区(密封区)。此外,烟气侧占流通总断面的50%,空气侧占流通总断面的30一40%。在预热器中烟速一般为8一12m/s,空气速度5.6一8扭/、。提高烟气速度可增加传热量和提高自吹灰能力,但阻力也增加。选定烟气速度后,根据烟气量可确定预热器的直径。回转式预热器的旋转速度一般为l一3r/mln。 蓄热元件由。.1一1. 25mm薄钢板压制而成的波形板和定位板相间放置组成。波形板的波型对热交换情况、气流阻力以及受热面的污染程度有很大影响;用于易腐蚀性烟气时,常在预热器的低温段采用陶瓷蓄热元件替代金属波纹板。 回转式预热器的重要性能指标是漏风系数(漏风率),现已能达到5%~8%以下,中国产品一般在9肠以上,引进技术产品接近国外水平。回转式预热器的蓄热元件的磨损不会导致漏风,所以更换周期长,特别适合于中、低余热烟气热量的回收利用。 (洪邦俊)
