输配水系统设计输配水系统设计design of water transmission and distribution systems 管渠水力计算输水管渠的设计流量应与水源的取水规模一致(见水源设施设计)。冶金工厂的输水管道一般应设置两条。当厂内设有足够容量的贮水池或其它安全供水措施时也可敷设一条。两条以上输水管之间一般应设连通管。输水管以及管道附件的设计输水能力应保证,当任何一段输水管发生故障时,其余管段都能达到输送原水设计流量的70%~75%。为便于检修,输水管线上应分段设置阀门,阀门之间的距离应根据检修时允许的排水时间确定。具体位置结合地形起伏、穿越障碍物及连通管位置等因素确定,通常可按表1数据考虑。在冶金工厂一般不设专用输水渠,而往往与地区性供水的输水渠合用,但必须设有向冶金工厂安全输水的措施。 设施组成及管材选用采用重力输水管渠时,其设施通常由管道、检查井、通气孔、跌水井、减压井、管道基础等组成,根据工程情况选用;当用压力输水时,通常由管道、水锤消除器、管道附件(进气阀、排气阀、泄水管、泄水阀、检修阀等)、管道基础支墩等组成,根据工程具体条件选用。有增压泵站时,还设有调节水池、水泵房、变配电间、监控仪表系统、生活设施、安全防护及通讯等设施。输水管渠材料应根据管内工作水压、外部荷载、土壤性质、地震烈度等条件确定。一般重力流管道采用混凝土管或钢筋混凝土管;重力流渠道采用块石或混凝土敷砌;压力管道采用自应力混凝土管、预应力混凝土管、铸铁管和钢管。冶金工厂通常采用铸铁管或焊接钢管。 配水系统包括配水系统的确定、布置、设施及主要设备。 配水系统的确定根据工厂的生产规模,用水户对水质、水量要求,结合水资源情况及原水水质分析资料等因素,通过技术经济比较后确定配水系统。在冶金工厂内一般设有工业水、滤过水、软水、除盐水、低温水、废水再次利用水、生活消防水等配水系统。根据工厂用水要求,采用相应的配水系统。对于新扩建的冶金工厂及工艺车间采用分水质的配水系统,如某些工厂根据不同水源条件和用水水质要求等因素,采用不同的配水系统(表2)。生产用水的配水泵和配水管网按最高日、最高时用水量及设计水压进行计算,配水管网应按最不利管段发生事故时的最大用水量(75%的最高日、最高时用水量)和用户的水压要求进行校核。配水系统中调节水池容积,按不同要求的配水系统,根据给水处理站的出水量和配水系统的用水量变化关系进行确定。 配水系统布置原则冶金工厂配水系统构筑物的位置取决于给水处理站在厂区内的总平面位置(见给水处理站设计)。
