喷头喷头sprinkler head pentou喷头(sprinkler head)将具有一定压力的水喷到空中,形成细小水滴进行喷洒的一种设备。也称喷洒器。按照喷洒特点,喷头可分为散水式和射流式两大类。以水膜形式向外喷洒的称为散水式喷头;以集中射流形式向外旋转喷洒的称为射流式喷头。 最早的散水式喷头为一端封闭的短管,封闭端侧面有槽缝,.压力水经槽缝喷出时形成水膜。早期的射流式喷头即喷壶上的莲蓬头,压力水自小孔喷出时形成细小射流。现代的喷头出现于20世纪初,开始是散水式喷头或喷洒孔管及喷嘴管,随后又制成了旋转的射流式喷头。第二次世界大战后,出现了性能甚好的摇臂式喷头,并广泛使用在农业喷灌上。80年代初,中国又研制成功了用射流元件控制的旋转式喷头。 散水式喷头以形成水膜的方式分类,喷出的水冲击折射锥(板)形成水膜者称折射式喷头;水喷出时依不同形状的缝隙形成水膜的称缝隙式喷头,水旋转喷出形成水膜的称离心式喷头。散水式喷头所需的工作水头较低,一般为15一30米,雾化较好,且结构简单、工作可靠、价格便宜。但其作定位喷洒时控制面积小,喷灌强度高,因此除用于苗圃、绿地、公园等场合外,多安装在时针、平移等大型喷灌机上作行走喷洒。 射流式喷头多系单股或双股射流,用旋转喷体的方法喷洒。射流式喷头的构造比较复杂,其主要组成部分为旋转密封机构、流道和驱动机构。对于可双向旋转的喷头,还装有换向机构。此外,有的喷头还装有水流粉碎针等附件。射流式喷头依驱动喷体旋转方式分为反作用式、摇臂式和叶轮式三种: 反作用式喷头是靠驱动机构使射流偏转,使水流对旋转轴产生反作用力矩,驱动喷头旋转。简单的反作用式喷头是在喷嘴上另打斜孔,或在嘴外设置挡片,使射流转向而产生反作用力矩。这种喷头多为双嘴,主喷嘴仍直射以取得较远的射程。由于喷头起动之后越转越快,要到驱动力矩平衡了摩擦力矩,转速才能稳定,因此转速快,射程仍然受到影响,这种喷头只用于小流量的场合,其工作水头一般为20一30米,喷水量为0.2一2米“/小时,射程5一巧米。大型的反作用式喷头有多种形式,其中常用的是垂直摇臂式喷头,它的驱动机构是一个绕水平轴摆动的摇臂,利用射流的冲力和摇臂上的平衡重,使摇臂前端的折射板间歇进入射流,迫使水流转向,从而获得间歇反作用力矩,使喷体稳定步进旋转。这种喷头的工作水头为40一80米,射程30一70米,喷水量为15一150米”/小时。由于水量大,射程远,所以有些国家也把它称为雨炮。
