日光温室生菜病害识别与防治
一、生菜灰霉病  1.症状灰霉病主要危害叶片和茎基部,幼苗受害多在接近地面的茎、叶上。定植后从老叶开始发病。病部成水渍状病斑,叶片变黄枯死,病茎腐烂,密生鼠灰色霉,严重时近地面整个基部被侵染,使植株凋萎。  2.防治选用健康株留种,播种前用盐水(盐0.5千克加水5千克)选种,并清除与种子混杂的菌核。摘除老叶,改善通风条件,加强换气,减轻病害。合理施肥,增施磷、钾肥,清洁田园,拔除发病的中心病株。药剂防治可喷施以下几种药剂:50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂500倍液,或50%托布津可湿性粉剂500 倍液,或50%氯硝铵可湿性粉剂400倍液,或65%代森锌可湿性粉剂400倍液,或50%退菌特800倍液,或抗菌剂“407”800倍液,或石灰∶硫酸铜∶水为1∶2∶200~240的波尔多液,7~10天喷1次,连续喷2~3次,或基菌特水剂2000倍液。  二、生菜软腐病  1.症状软腐病的发生在生长后期,其病原物为细菌,土壤、肥料、昆虫均可带菌。秋播生菜进入结球期和收获期时,叶茎外观无异常。病原菌由伤口侵入,秋初高温时易发病。感染株白天萎蔫,傍晚恢复正常,严重时夜间萎蔫不能恢复。解剖观察可见精髓部空洞化,发出恶臭,最后茎部腐烂死亡。  2.防治定植后连续几次喷40%有机酮800倍液。发病初期选用下列药剂喷施,注意喷射近底部的部分,控制病害。50%代森铵水剂800倍液,或链霉素200~300单位,或氯霉素300单位,每隔7~10天喷1次,连续喷2~3次。  三、生菜腐烂病  1.症状腐烂病为在结球叶表面的2~3层叶上产生水渍状病斑,以后到整叶腐烂,并向内叶转移。从结球开始,冻害越重病亦重,最重部位的叶汁可溶性固形物含量降低。进入结球期根部生活力下降,病害若延续到收获期,受损严重。  2.防治复收栽培的生菜应从结球开始就注意彻底防虫,以避免害虫伤害结球叶,引起病害发生。冬收栽培的生菜应注意防止冻害发生,可采取拱棚保温,定植大苗,缩短生育期,减轻病害发生。发病初期喷洒40%有机酮800倍液。  四、生菜叶枯病  1.症状叶枯病主要危害叶片,病斑不规则灰褐色至深褐色,叶边缘呈黄褐色,病斑上撒生黑色小点,即是病菌分生孢子器。低温高湿条件下发展迅速。另外,白天干旱,夜间露多,温度过高或过低时,生长不良,抗病力下降,病害加重。  2.防治选用无病种子或种子消毒,种用亩根应选择无病叶柄和茎叶,以防带菌。使用两年陈种子有一定防病效果,新种子一定要消毒后使用,可用 48~49℃温水浸种30分钟,浸种时不断搅拌,使种子受热均匀。浸种后立即投入冷水中降温。此法对种子发芽率有点影响,一般降低发芽率10%左右,但消毒比较彻底。发病初期可摘除病叶减少病原。定植缓苗后,每隔10~15天喷药1次。可喷施以下几种药剂:波尔多液(11∶0.8∶2000),或65%代森锌可湿性粉剂500倍液,或50%代森铵1000倍液,或75%百菌清500~800倍液,或石灰酮粉(80份石灰,20份硫酸铜粉)或石灰酮硫磺粉(30份石灰,10份硫酸铜粉,10份硫磺粉)。
