生态位优先假说生态位优先假说niche pre-emption hypothesis  生态位优先假说(niehe pre一emption hypo-thesis)以群落中物种相对重要值解释不同物种对环境资源占领情况的一种假说。相对重要值是指抽样所得某一物种的个体数、生物量或能量等值占所有物种个体数、生物量或能量总值的百分比。1965年美国惠特克(R.H.Whittaker)提出此假说。在生态位中,如垂直高度、时间分化、被捕食者的大小等都是群落中每个物种生存需要选择的特征,这许多生态位幅度(物种所能利用的环境资源幅度)特征组成了群落的n一维超维空间(h ypersPace)。每个群落的每个物种都占据了生态位超维空间中的一部分,就是物种的超体积(h ypervolume),这些种的超体积中心都散布在生态位超维空间之内。这一假说假设生态位超维空间的大小,主要由优先占领生态位空间的某些竞争成功的物种所决定,而竞争力较弱的物种只能占领剩下来的部分。假设最重要的一个物种可能占据K部分的生态位空间,利用相应部分的群落资源,创造出相应部分的群落生产力,这个种就是群落的优势种‘见优势种)。第二个物种也能占据没有被第一个物种所占据的类似的生态位空间部分,第三个物种也占据了未被第一、二个物种所占领的相似的生态位空间部分,如此类推。由于假设每个物种的个体数与它所占领的生态位空间大小成比例(相对重要值),故第一个物种个体数是第二个的几倍,……。则群落中各物种重要值的分布就成为一个几何级数: 吞=刀万八一K)n一‘二AC”一‘C二l一K式中”为从最重要到不重要顺序中的种的数目,C为某一物种的重要值与共同序列中前一物种重要值之比;A为群落优势种的重要值。如果用纵坐标上各个物种的个体数的对数值,与横坐标上相应物种的序列数值作图,则呈直线关系。本假说适用于环境条件较严酷,物种少、生境不重叠、优势种在个体数量或相对重要值上表现很突出的群落。 (周昌清)
