三十烷醇分子式:C30H62O分子量:438.83CAS号:593-50-0性质:白色鳞片状结晶。熔点86.5℃。溶于乙醚、氯仿、二氯甲烷及热苯,难溶于冷乙醇和苯,几乎不溶于水。对光、空气、热和碱均稳定。制备方法:三十烷醇常与高级肪酸结合成酯,普遍存在于虫蜡或植物中,如蜂蜡、糖蜡、蔗蜡、棉蜡、苜蓿蜡、苹果皮蜡、茶叶蜡等等。中华蜂蜡中,三十烷醇含量高达30%,一般由棕榈酸三十烷醇酯、蜡酸三十烷醇酯和十六烯酸三十烷醇酯组成。这些酯与碱进行皂化反应,生成高级脂肪酸钠和三十烷醇。在皂化时,加入溶剂(例如苯、石油醚等)萃取,然后脱溶剂得到含三十烷醇等高级一元醇和烃类的产物,脱烃提纯而得纯品三十烷醇。总收率10-15%。有试验实例中,还在皂化时加入相转移催化剂(季胺盐或冠醚),缩短了皂化反应时间,三十烷醇的收率也略有提高。用十烷二酸为原料,采用氯化烷基锌法,或由十六烯经复分解反应及锆氢化反应,以及其他一些方法也可合成得到三十烷醇。用途:暂无
