阿昔洛韦胶囊药物名称：阿昔洛韦胶囊英文名：Aciclovir Capsules汉语拼音：主要成分：阿昔洛韦性状：胶囊剂，内含白色粉末。药理作用：核苷类抗病毒药，能被病毒的胸腺嘧啶核苷激酶选择性地磷酸化，从而转化为单磷酸酯，后者受细胞酶的作用，再转化为二磷酸酯和三磷酸酯，阿昔洛韦三磷酸酯可干扰病毒的DNA聚合酶，特别是能干扰疱疹病毒DNA酶，从而抑制病毒DNA的复制。药代动力学：0.4g口服后从胃肠道吸收迅速，约3.29±0.53h，血药浓度可达峰值，其值为1.185±0.283μg/ml，广泛分布于各种组织和体液中，以肾、肺等组织的浓度为最高，脑脊液中的浓度为血浆浓度的50%。能通过胎盘屏障。蛋白结合率低。在肝脏中代谢为9-羧甲氧基甲基鸟嘌呤或以原形肾小球滤过和肾小管分泌而随尿排出。适应症：用于带状疱疹病毒、单纯疱疹病毒引起的皮肤和粘膜感染。用法与用量：口服。一次0.2g（1粒），一日5次（白天每4小时1次），一疗程5～10日。不良反应：有头晕、头痛、关节痛、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、胃部不适、食欲不振、口渴、白细胞下降、蛋白尿及尿素氮轻度升高等。禁忌症：过敏者和孕妇禁用。注意事项：肾功能不全者、小儿及哺乳期妇女遵医嘱慎用。服药期间宜多饮水。规格： 0.2g贮藏：密封，室温保存。有效期：暂定一年。处方药：是
