醋甲胆碱 ,乙酰甲胆碱药物名称:醋甲胆碱英文名:Methacholine别名:醋甲胆碱 ,乙酰甲胆碱外文名:Methacholine,Mecholyl药理及应用:可激动M胆碱受体,对心血管系统的选择性较强,对胃肠道及膀胱平滑肌的作用较弱,它也可收缩支气管平滑肌,使支气管分泌增加。其性稳定,可以口服,但吸收少而不规则。在体内受胆碱酯酶的灭活较慢,故作用较持久。主要用于房性心动过速,但非首选,可于其他治疗无效时再用。也可用于外周血管痉挛性疾病,如雷诺病及血栓闭塞性脉管炎。口服,每次200~500mg,1日2~3次;皮下注射,每次10~25mg。注意:(1)过量时可出现M胆碱受体被激动的症状(参见氨甲酰甲胆碱项下)。(2)禁用于房室结性和室性心动过速,因不仅无效,且可致房颤。(3)禁用于支气管哮喘、甲状腺功能亢进症的患者。(4)绝不可作静脉注射。规格:溴化醋甲胆碱片;每片200mg。氯化醋甲胆碱注射液:每支25mg(1ml)。 类别:作用于神经系统药物
