吗啡类依赖吗啡类依赖morphine dependenoe  阿片、海洛因、美沙酮、镇痛新、可待因等吗啡类药物长期持续使用产生的精神依赖和躯体依赖,即成瘾。其特点:①精神依赖强烈。由于强烈渴望用药,可不择手段,不顾个人、家庭和社会名誉,丧失伦理、道德和文明礼貌观念,甚至采用盗窃、欺骗等违法行为以达目的。②躯体依赖明显。在停药4~15小时后即可出现戒断症状,主要有失眠、倦怠、食欲不振、焦虑、哈欠、流泪、流涎、流涕、出汗、恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻和肌肉抽动等。重者可精神运动兴奋或意识障碍、心力衰竭。可持续1周左右。③耐药性极易产生。根据病史、尿液检验及隔离观察可获确诊。住院隔离,给以即时戒断法、代替戒断法和递减法治疗。
