【中文名】: 无花果(《救荒本草》) 【类 别】: 果实类 【异名】阿驲、阿驿、底珍(《酉阳杂俎》),天生子(《滇南本草》),映日果(《便民图纂》),优昙钵(《广州志》),蜜果(《群芳谱》),文仙果(《草木便方》),奶浆果(《湖南野生植物》),品仙果(《民间常用草药汇编》)。 【来源】为桑科植物无花果的干燥花托。 【植物形态】无花果 落叶灌木或小乔木,高可达10米,具乳汁。多分枝,小枝粗壮,表面褐色,被稀短毛。叶互生;倒卵形或近圆形,长10~20厘米,宽与长几相等,3~5裂,少有不分裂者,基部心脏形,裂片通常倒卵形,顶端钝,有不规则齿;掌状叶脉明显,上面深绿色,粗糙,下面有毛,厚革质;叶柄长2~5厘米,光滑或有长毛。隐头花序;花单性同株,小花白色,极多数,着生于总花托的内壁上;花托单生于叶腋间,梨形,成熟时长5~8厘米,带绿色或褐青色,光滑,肉质而厚。雄花生于花托近口处苞片间,花被2~6片,线形,雄蕊1,丝状,花柄细长,长倍于花被;雌花花被4片,广线形,子房上位,椭圆形,与花被片等长,瘦果三棱状卵形,胚乳丰富,胚弯曲。花期夏季。隐花果成熟期秋季。 各地均有栽培。 本植物的根(无花果根)、叶(无花果叶)亦供药用,各详专条。 【采集】秋季采收,采下后反复晒干。本品易霉蛀,须贮藏干燥处或石灰缸内。 【药材】干燥的花托呈倒圆锥形或类球形,长约2厘米,直径约1.5~2.5厘米;表面淡黄棕色至暗棕色、青黑色,有波状弯曲的纵棱线;顶端稍平截,中央有圆形突起,基部较狭,带有果柄及残存的苞片。质坚硬,横切面黄白色,内壁着生众多细小瘦果,有时上部尚见枯萎的雄花。瘦果卵形或三棱状卵形,长约1~2毫米,淡黄色,外有宿萼包被。气微,味甜。以干燥、青黑色或暗棕色,无霉蛀者为佳。 南方各地均产。 【化学成份】: 含枸橼酸、延胡索酸(fumaric acid)、琥珀酸、丙二酸、脯氨酸、草酸、苹果酸、莽草酸(shikimic acid、奎尼酸(quinic acid)、生物碱、甙类、糖类、无花果朊酶(ficin)等。 【性味】甘,平。 ①《滇南本草》:"苦,有小毒。" ②《纲目》:"甘,平,无毒。" ③《随息居饮食谱》:"甘,寒。" ④《药材学》:"性平,味甘酸。" 【归经】《本草汇言》:"入手足太阴、手阳明经。" 【功用主治】健胃清肠,消肿解毒。治肠炎,痢疾,便秘,痔疮,喉痛,痈疮疥癣,利咽喉,开胃驱虫。 用于食欲不振,脘腹胀痛,痔疮便秘,消化不良,痔疮,脱肛,腹泻、乳汁不足,咽喉肿痛,热痢,咳嗽多痰等症。 ①《滇南本草》:"敷一切无名肿毒,痈疽疥癞癣疮,黄水疮,鱼口便毒,乳结,痘疮破烂;调芝麻油搽之。" ②《便民图纂》:"治咽喉疾。" ③汪颖《食物本草》:"开胃,止泄痢。" ④《纲目》:"治五痔,咽喉痛。" ⑤《生草药性备要》:"洗痔疮。子,煲肉食,解百毒。蕊,下乳汁。" ⑥《医林纂要》:"益肺,通乳。" ⑦《随息居饮食谱》:"清热,润肠。" ⑧《江苏植药志》:"鲜果的白色乳汁外涂去疣。" ⑨《云南中草药》:"健胃止泻,祛痰理气。治食欲不振,消化不良,肠炎,痢疾,咽喉痛,咳嗽痰多,胸闷。" 【用法与用量】内服:煎汤,1~2两;或生食1~2枚。外用:煎水洗、研末调敷或吹喉。 【贮藏】置通风干燥处,防霉防蛀。 【选方】①治咽喉刺痛:无花果鲜果晒干,研末,吹喉。(《泉州本草》) ②治肺热声嘶:无花果五钱,水煎调冰糖服。(《福建中草药》) ③治痔疮,脱肛,大便秘结:鲜无花果生吃或干果十个,猪大肠一段,水煎服。(《福建中草药》) ④治久泻不止:无花果五至七枚,水煎服。(《湖南药物志》) ⑤发乳:无花果二两,树地瓜根二两,金针花根四至六两,奶浆藤二两。炖猪前蹄服。(《重庆草药》) ⑥无花果150克,水煎加冰糖适量服,治肺热声嘶,咳嗽咽痛。 ⑦无花果两个生食,或用干果十个与猪大肠一段,共煮熟食,治痔疮、脱肛、大便秘结。 ⑧鲜无花果十个,水煎洗患处,治外痔。 ⑨无花果两个,小茴香10克,水煎服,治疝气。 ⑩无花果枝适量,水煎服,每日两三次,治肠炎。 ⑾无花果捣汁半杯,开水冲服,每日一次,以愈为度,治哮喘。 ⑿无花果叶10克,水煎代茶饮,治黄疸。 ⒀无花果根去粗皮,打碎,开水泡服,治喉痒。 ⒁无花果鲜嫩叶,洗净捣烂绞汁,每次温开水和服半杯,治误食鱼蟹类中毒,腹痛,呕吐。 ⒂无花果猪肉汤:猪瘦肉250克,切小块,无花果100克(干品),同煮汤,用适量食盐调味食用。有理肠健胃,解毒消炎作用,治痔疮,慢性肠炎。
