呼吸道合胞病毒感染呼吸道合胞病毒感染respiratorysyncytialvirusinfection由呼吸道合胞病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染病。该病毒能使病变细胞融合成多核巨细胞,故名。呼吸道合胞病毒是一种RNA病毒,属副粘液病毒科。该病经空气飞沫和密切接触传播。多见于新生儿和6个月以内的婴儿。潜伏期3~7日。婴幼儿症状较重,可有高热、鼻炎、咽炎及喉炎,以后表现为细支气管炎及肺炎。少数病儿可并发中耳炎、胸膜炎及心肌炎等。成人和年长儿童感染后,主要表现为上呼吸道感染。确诊可分离病毒及做血清补体结合试验和中和试验。应用免疫荧光技术检查鼻咽分泌物中病毒抗原,可作快速诊断。治疗以支持和对症疗法为主,有继发细菌感染时,可用抗菌药治疗。预防同其他病毒性呼吸道感染。
