心肌细胞    心肌细胞  myocardium cell  心肌细胞根据其生理功能可分为两类,即工作性心肌细胞和传导性心肌细胞。其中工作性心肌细胞构成心房肌和心室肌,是心壁的主要组成部分,具有兴奋、传导和收缩的功能;而自律性心肌细胞组成心脏的传导系统,包括窦房结、结间束、房室交界、左右束支和普肯耶纤维网。它们除有兴奋、传导的功能外,还有自律性,即不受神经支配与体液的影响,有产生周期性兴奋的能力。窦房结兴奋,将冲动扩布到心肌,引起心肌的收缩,从而产生心肌细胞的生物电现象。所以心肌细胞具有兴奋性、自律性、传导性和收缩性四种生理特性。
