灌注培养分子式:CAS号:性质:动物细胞培养中常采用的一种培养方式,即向生物反应器供给新鲜培养基的同时,用某种方法将动物细胞保持在生物反应器内,而将包含目的代谢产物和废弃物的培养液排出反应器。该操作方式适用于贴壁细胞的微载体培养或膜式反应器。动物细胞贴壁在微载体上时,只要使培养液静止即可用重力沉淀法将细胞和微载体分离出来。对悬浮培养细胞,正在试验用过滤、重力沉淀、离心分离等方法将细胞保持在反应器内,只排出不含细胞的培养液。间隔一定的时间更新培养液可认为是最原始的灌注培养方式,而工业上则实行连续灌注培养,可在定常态下连续运行几个月。
