肌醇肌醇inositol动物、微生物的生长因子。分子式(CHOH)6。又称环己六醇,广泛分布在动物和植物体内。最早从心肌和肝脏中分离得到。环己六醇在自然界存在有多个顺、反异构体,但有价值的、天然存在的异构体为顺-1,2,3,5-反-4,6-环己六醇,结构式如上。在80℃以上从水或乙酸中得到的肌醇为白色晶体,熔点253℃,密度1.752克/厘米3(15℃),味甜,溶于水和乙酸,无旋光性。可由玉米浸泡液中提取。主要用于治疗肝硬变、肝炎、脂肪肝、血中胆固醇过高等症。图片
