钩端螺旋体钩端螺旋体 螺旋体的一个属。体长而纤细,呈螺旋状,一端或两端常弯曲呈钩状而得名。钩体长约 6~12um,宽仅0.05~0.1um,钩体不易被笨胺类染料着色,组织中的病原体,须经镀银染色后始能显现;在电镜下可看到圆柱状菌体,细而弯曲的两条轴丝与菌体相互缠绕,其末端嵌入菌体的两端。其对低温的抵抗力较强,能在水中生存数月之久,但对青霉素和金霉素很敏感,人体感染后可引起钩端螺旋体病。
