L-肉碱分子式:C7H15NO3分子量:161.20CAS号:461-06-3性质:该品为左旋体和右旋体的混合物。混旋体为吸湿性的结晶性固体,熔点195-197℃(分解)。左旋体([541-15-1])又称维生素BT,为结晶体,是构成横纹肌和肝脏的成分之一,熔点196-198℃(分解)。右旋体([541-14-0])亦为结晶体,熔点210-212℃(分解)。卡尼丁易溶于水和热乙醇、微溶于冷乙醇,不溶于丙酮、乙醚。本品一般制备为盐酸盐。制备方法:有下述两种方法。1.环氧氯丙烷法 由环氧氯丙烷与三甲胺成季铵盐反应制得3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲胺氯化物,再经氰化为3-氰基-2-羟丙基三甲胺氯化物,最后用浓盐酸水解得到卡尼丁盐酸盐。该法的路线简短,收率较高,成季胺盐反应收率为91.5%,氰化反应收率为93.4%,水解反应收率为86%,且产品容易精制。环氧氯丙烷法也可采取先氰化,后成季铵盐,最后水解的工艺过程,但氰化反应使用氢氰酸,不易控制,而且不安全,收率也偏低。2.溴乙酰乙酸乙酯法 以γ溴乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料,先用四氢硼钠还原为γ-溴代β-羟基丁酸乙酯,然后与三甲胺成季铵盐反应得到溴代三甲胺-β-羟基丁酸乙酯,最后用盐酸水解生成卡尼丁盐酸盐。该法原料易得,工艺设备要求一般,但还原剂的价格昂贵,而且收率偏低,还原收率为50%,成季铵盐、水解两步收率为30%。用途:L-肉碱能够促进脂肪的分解,在长链脂肪酸的代谢中起着重要作用。它还用作体育运动营养剂,提高机体在剧烈运动时的能量、耐力及精力,在运动力竭时补偿机体的损失,增加对疲劳的对抗力,有效地迅速恢复体力。卡尼丁为食欲增进药,有兴奋食欲、调节胃肠机能,促进消化液分泌和增强消化酶活性等作用。用于治疗消化不良、食欲减退、慢性胃炎以及腹胀、暖气等。也用于治疗老年消化机能不良、妊娠引起的胃肠障碍、婴幼儿厌食与食欲缺乏。该品忌与碱性药物配伍。
