大蒜素分子式:C6H10OS2分子量:162.27CAS号:539-86-6性质:淡黄色油状液体。沸点80-85℃(0.2kPa),相对密度1.112(20/4℃),折光率1.561。溶于乙醇、氯仿或乙醚,不溶于水。具有强烈的大蒜臭,味辣。制备方法:由百合科葱属植物大蒜的鳞茎(大蒜头)提取而得。用途:广谱抗菌药。治疗消化道、呼吸道及阴道的霉菌感染,如菌痢、百日咳等均有效。
