左旋咪唑分子式:C11H12N2S·HCl分子量:240.76CAS号:16595-80-5性质:白色或微黄色结晶性粉末。熔点227-229℃。易溶于氯仿,难溶于丙酮。无臭,味苦。制备方法:由消旋四咪唑(C11H12N2S,[5036-02-2])拆分、碱析、成盐而得。将双苯甲酰基-D-酒石酸酐与水煮沸,水解40min。降温至45℃左右,用氢氧化钠溶液把pH调节至7.5,加入消旋四咪唑。保温半小时后降温至10℃,过滤,水洗,得左旋咪唑对苯甲酰基酒石酸盐。用氢氧化钠溶液把pH调至9,过滤,水洗得左旋咪唑。用盐酸将pH调至3-4,加活性炭脱色,过滤,滤液浓缩至干,加丙酮冷却至0℃。析出结晶。过滤,干燥得左旋咪唑盐酸盐。分离对苯甲酰基酒石酸右旋咪唑盐时,所得的母液为右旋咪唑游离碱的混合液,进行消旋即得到消旋四咪唑。消旋四咪唑也可采用对甲苯磺酰谷氨酸或右旋樟脑磺酸进行拆分。用途:该品是驱肠虫药。左旋咪唑的活性约为消旋体的两倍,毒性及副作用也较低。左旋咪唑能使蛔虫肌肉麻痹后随粪便排出体外。主要用于抗蛔虫及抗钩虫。
