LR炭化装置LR炭化装置LR carbonization unit 制备半焦。此外,此装置还可用作民用煤气的制气设备。IR tanhua zhuangzhiLR炭化装置(LR earbonization unit)型焦制备设备。联邦德国鲁奇矿物油技术公司(LurgiMineral6lteehnik ombH.)和鲁尔煤气公司(RuhrgasAO)共同开发的固体热载体半焦化生产装置。用于BFL工艺。LR炭化装置由载流管(又称直立管)、分离一收集器、混合器、炭化器和燃烧炉5部分组成。(见图)LR炭化装置的工作原理是:干煤料(可利用分离一收集器的热废气预先预热到250℃)进入混合器内,与来自分离一收集器、温度为850℃的热半焦粉混合。在混合器内,热半焦粉作为固体热载体,其数量约为干煤的10倍。当干煤料同热半焦粉混合时,发生强烈的热交换,干煤料快速加热到700~750C并开始半焦化,析出挥发分。由于干煤料在混合器内停留时间较短,挥发分未能充分析出,因此这个半焦化过程一直持续到混合料进入炭化器后才完成。在炭化器内产生的700一750℃半焦粉,小部分从炭化器的排料管放出,作为半焦产品;大部分则经下降管和阀门送到载流管下部,由来自燃烧炉的高温废气将其加热到800℃并送进顶部的分离一收集器。在分离收集器中,由于气流方向突然改变和气速骤然下降,热半焦粉在重力作用下与热废气分离。为提高分离效率,在分离一收集器内砌了一道耐火砖挡墙,使半焦粉由于机械碰撞而沉降。由分离一收集器分离出来的热半焦粉再进入混合器内与新加进的干煤料混合,如此循环进行。LR炭化装置生产的热半焦粉,用作热压型焦工艺的原料兼作固体载热体时,所需半焦粉可直接由分离一收集室…几 } 空气 LR炭化装置示意图底部的下料管分出,送入成型系统。半焦化过程产生的干馏煤气从炭化器顶部排出,并进入冷凝冷却系统。净化后的煤气热值约为20~23MJ/耐,可作为本系统的燃料气或供民用。LR炭化装置的优点是:能获得高热值煤气以及质量好的高密度半焦和化学产品。煤气净化系统负荷小,易于操作;用煤范围宽,低挥发分的无烟煤、高挥发分的不粘结性煤,都可以用此装置
