紫菜【通用名称】紫菜【其他名称】紫菜 (《本草经集注》) 【异名】索菜(《漳浦县志》),紫英(《本草从新》),子菜(《漳州府志》)。 【来源】主要为红毛菜科植物甘紫菜的叶状体。 【植物形态】甘紫菜 藻体为扁平叶状体,基部有盘状固着器。具短柄,由柄上生出的叶状体呈广披针形或椭圆形,一般长可达15~20厘米,宽10~16厘米,个别的长可达50厘米,宽可达30厘米。膜质,边缘波状;幼时浅粉红色,以后逐渐变为深紫色,衰老时转为浅紫黄色。生长期(叶状体)11月至次年5月。 生于海湾内较平静的中潮带岩石上。分布江苏连云港以北的黄海和渤海海岸。亦有栽培者。 此外常见的尚有圆紫菜(青岛以南沿海)、长紫菜(浙江、福建、广东沿海)等数种。 【化学成分】干紫菜含水分10%,蛋白质24.5%,脂肪0.9%,碳水化物31%,粗纤维3.4%,灰分30.3%,钙330毫克%,磷440毫克%,铁32毫克%,胡萝卜素1.23毫克%,硫胺素0.44毫克%,核黄素2.07毫克%,尼克酸5.1毫克%,抗坏血酸1毫克%。每公斤干紫菜含碘18毫克。 甘紫菜中含核黄素,尼克酸,生物素,硫辛酸,维生素B12,胆碱比较丰富;多量自由氨基酸如丙氨酸,谷氨酸,天门冬氨酸;β-胡萝卜素及少量α-胡萝卜素,叶黄素,玉蜀黍黄素;藻红蛋白,藻青蛋白,叶绿素。甘紫菜中含总脂约1.7%(以干重计算),其中磷脂占35%,甘油三酯25%,甘碳四烯酸占40.8%。尚含α-蒎烯,d-柠檬烯,异松油烯,牻牛儿醇,葛缕酮,糠醛,缬草酸,甲酸,乙酸,丙酸等。 【性味】甘咸,寒。 ①《本草拾遗》:"味甘,寒。" ②《本草从新》:"甘咸,寒。" ③《随息居饮食谱》:"甘,凉。" 【归经】《本草撮要》:"入手太阴经。" 【功用主治】化痰软坚,清热利尿。治瘿瘤,脚气,水肿,淋病。 ①《本草经集注》:"治瘿瘤结气。" ②《食疗本草》:"下热气,若热气塞咽者,汁饮之。" ③《纲目》:"病瘿瘤脚气者宜食之。" ④《随息居饮食谱》:"和血养心,清烦涤热,治不寐,利咽喉,除脚气瘿瘤,主时行泻痢,析酲开胃。" ⑤《现代实用中药》:"治水肿,淋疾,湿性脚气,甲状腺肿,慢性气管炎,咳嗽。" ⑥《国药的药理学》:"干嚼之,治肺坏疽的起始性吐臭痰者。" 【用法与用量】内服:煎汤。 【宜忌】①《食疗本草》:"多食胀人。" ②《本草拾遗》:"多食令人腹胀、发气,吐白沫,饮少热醋消之。"
