杀虫脒分子式:C10H13ClN4分子量:196.67CAS号:6164-98-3性质:无色结晶。熔点32℃,沸点163-165℃(1.86kPa),相对密度1.105(25/4℃),折光率1.5885(25℃)。20℃的蒸气压为0.047Pa。20℃时在水中溶解度为250ppm,易溶于有机溶剂。商品为其盐酸盐水溶液。纯品杀虫脒盐酸盐[19750-95-9],为白色结晶,熔点225-227℃(分解),相对密度1.110。易溶于水,难溶于有机溶剂,在酸性溶液中稳定,中性溶液中易析出结晶,遇碱分解。制备方法:杀虫脒有多种合成路线:(1)光气法;以100%杀虫脒计原料消耗定额:光气790kg/t、二甲基甲酰氯480kg/t、邻甲苯胺640kg/t、氯气410kg/t。(2)氧氯化磷法;(3)氯化亚砜法;(4)对甲苯磺酰氯法等等。用途:有机氮杀虫剂。有良好的内吸作用,有较好的杀虫、杀螨效果。主要用于防治水稻螟虫,也可用于防治棉花红蜘蛛、红铃虫和果树红蜘蛛、介壳虫等。一般稀释为300-500倍喷雾。每亩田约用杀虫脒原药50g。杀虫脒代谢产物的毒性问题曾有争议,使用时应严格按照农业部门的规定。该品对蚕高毒,在蚕桑地区使用时应特别注意。不宜与碱性农药混用。
