水资源系统水资源系统water resources system 黑龙江额尔古纳河系统(杜殿文摄)shui ziyuan xitong水资源系统(water resouoes system)在一定区域内由可为人类利用的各种形态的水所构成的统一体。统一体中的各类水具有相互联系并依一定规律相互转化,体现出明显的整体功能、层次结构和特定行为。统一体内部具有协同性和有序性,与外部进行物质和能量的交换。 水资源系统内的主要水源为大气水、地表水、土壤水和地下水,以及经处理后的污水和从系统外调人的水。各类水源间具有联系,并在一定条件下相互转化。如降雨人渗和灌溉可以补充土壤水,土壤水饱和后继续下渗形成地下水;而地下水由于土壤毛细管作用形成潜水蒸发补充大气水,还可通过侧渗流人河流、湖泊而补充地表水。同样,地表水一方面通过燕发补充大气水,而另一方面通过河湖人渗补充土壤水和地下水。因此,不同的水资源利用方式会影响到水资源系统内各类水源的构成比例、地域分布和转化特性。 水资源系统在空间上为一分布系统。根据水资源形成和转化的规律,一个水资源系统可以包含一个或若干个流域、水系、河流或河段。地下水资源的分区通常和地表水资源分区是一致的。显然,按上述分区原则,一个水资源系统内还可进一步划分成若干子系统,同时,其本身又是更大的水资源系统的子系统。所以,水资源系统具有明显的层次结构。 水资源系统具有若干整体功能。水本身不仅为人类的生存所必需,而且一定质与量的供水,又是国民经济发展的重要物质基础。利用大坝和水轮机可以把天然径流中蕴藏的巨大势能积累起来并转化为电能(参见彩图插页第32页);通过水库一方面可以拦蓄洪水减轻灾害,又可以发展灌溉(参见彩图播页第32页);河流又兴舟揖之利,湖泊可以发展水产养殖和旅游业。在生态环境方面,水可以调节气候,保持森林、草原的生态稳定以及湿地的生物多样性。 研究水资源系统的内在特点、整体功能及其与外部环境的联系,是水资源可持续利用的基本条件。(王浩)
