城市建筑群 城市中若干相邻建筑物构成的、在空间组织上紧密联系的建筑群体。 分类 城市建筑群按照建筑物的布置形式可分为：成带形布置的沿街建筑群和成集团布置的成组建筑群；按照建筑物的使用功能可分为：公共建筑群、住宅建筑群、商业建筑群、宫殿和宗教建筑群等，还有由若干使用功能不同的建筑物组成的多功能建筑群；根据建筑群所处的位置则可分为：城市中心建筑群、城市干道建筑群、水滨（包括河滨、湖滨、海滨等）建筑群、山地建筑群、园林建筑群等。 规划设计要点 城市建筑群的规划设计，一般应注意以下几点。 ① 根据城市景观的总体要求，进行建筑群的规划设计。通常把城市中心建筑群（包括市中心、区中心和其他公共活动中心的建筑群）作为"点"，把城市干道筑群作为"线"，把住宅建筑群作为"面"，既应分清主次和突出重点，又要将"点"、"线"、"面"互相结合和互相协调起来，使城市景观取得较佳的整体效果。 ② 建筑群的规模大小、平面布置、空间形式、体形结构等要满足使用功能的要求。功能要求对于建筑群体的组合造型有重大影响。例如工业建筑群要满足生产技术和工艺流程的要求；住宅建筑群要满足合理安排居民生活的需要。现代城市建筑群的设计还必须组织好各种人流和车流的交通路线，使建筑群同外界有便捷的联系。此外，在建筑群的规划设计中，还要考虑通风、日照、防火、防震以及埋设各种地下工程管网等方面的要求，注意照明、绿化和城市建筑小品的安排。 ③ 建筑群应该充分结合地形、利用地形，并同周围的自然环境取得有机的联系。在规划设计上，要有利于地面水的排除,减少土石方工程,以降低建筑造价；而且要充分利用地形、地貌为建筑群设计提供有利条件，创造出丰富、生动的艺术形象。如古希腊的雅典卫城建立在陡峭的山顶上，建筑群突出主体神庙，并沿周边布置，与山形浑然一体，成为杰出的建筑作品。处于不同地形环境的街道，其两侧建筑群可以采取不同的布置方法：地势平坦的街道，其两侧建筑群的布置，或严谨规整，或高低错落，处理上较为自由；山区丘陵地带的街道，高低起伏较大，两侧或一侧的建筑群多顺沿等高线错落布置，一般应在多变之中探索群体上的统一和协调，力求取得和谐与完整的效果。 ④ 建筑群空间组织、色彩、体型要美化城市景观。由多座个体建筑物按照不同的形式组合成各种尺度和形状的空间，会给人以不同的感受。高度相同的建筑物沿街道排成直线，如果立面造型雷同，色彩相近，往往显得单调；如果两侧建筑物又较高，更会给人以压抑、封闭的感觉。如果沿街建筑群在空间轮廓线和平面布置上有起伏和变化，建筑色彩多样而和谐，则能产生一种节奏感，使街景丰富多彩。在规划设计中还可因地制宜采取开敞的手法，加强建筑群同周围环境的有机联系。例如，将建筑物所围成的空间的一面或两面敞开，通向绿地、森林、山岗、河流、湖泊、海面，或在敞开面展现出附近的古迹、风景点、重要建筑物等，都能形成在形式和层次上丰富多样的景观。 ⑤ 在群体空间形式上，要体现历史文化传统。世界各个国家和民族具有不同的历史和文化传统，在地理、气候和生活习惯等方面存在着差别，城市建筑群的空间形式必然具有各自的民族特色。中国传统的城市建筑群在空间形式上比较注意院落的组织和群体空间构图上的严整、对称。而15～16世纪文艺复兴时期意大利的城市建筑群，则具有造型丰富、空间开朗的传统。在城市新建筑群的规划设计中，既要继承和发扬优秀的历史文化传统，又要努力创新。
