碱集料反应分子式:分子量:CAS号:性质:是混凝土中的水泥、外加剂、集料、掺合料及拌和水中的可溶性碱(钾、钠)与集料中的碱活性成分发生的化学反应。反应生成物吸水膨胀,使混凝土产生内应力,导致混凝土开裂。是造成混凝土工程损坏的重要原因之一,而且在各种混凝土病害中,它与钢筋锈蚀往往是导因,首先开裂而出现裂纹,从而加速腐蚀、冻融等破坏,最终导致混凝土丧失耐久性。由于近年来我国大量生产无混合材的硅酸盐水泥,在水泥生产由湿法改干法以后,水泥含碱量大幅度提高,加上含碱外加剂的广泛使用,碱集料反应已成为混凝土工程的一大潜在危害。测定碱集料反应常用的方法在岩相法、化学法及砂浆棒法。
