消能工消能工enengydissipator消除泄水建筑物下泄急流的多余动能,保证建筑物安全和正常运行的工程设施。多余动能系指建筑物上游水流动能与下游正常水流动能之差。多余动能是通过水流内部的紊动、掺混、剪切及旋滚,水股的扩散和水股之间的碰撞,水流与固体边界的摩擦与撞击及水流与周围气体的摩擦与掺混等,转换成热能而逸散掉。常用的消能工有:①通过水跃消除多余动能的水跃消能工,又称底流消能工。②利用泄水建筑物出口的挑流鼻坎将下泄急流抛向空中,然后落入下游河床水垫中来消除多余动能的挑流消能工。③利用泄水建筑物出口的鼻坎将下泄急流的主流挑至水面,通过主流在表面扩散及底部旋滚和表面旋滚来消除多余动能的面流消能工。此外,还有为提高消能效率,用于较低流速情况下的辅助消能工以及超空穴消能工、压力消能工、自由跌落式消能工等。消能工的选型与建筑物的形式、枢纽布置、上下游水位、地形、地质、运用要求等因素有关,对大中型和重要工程,还要进行水力模型试验。为了保证建筑物及枢纽正常运行,要求做到消能工本身不受空蚀(物体受到气体空泡流冲击后表面出现的变形和材料剥蚀现象)、磨蚀等损伤,下游岸坡稳定,河床不出现危害性冲刷。
