L-精氨酸分子式:C6H14N4O2分子量:174.20CAS号:74-79-3性质:本品若从水中析出,则为白色棱形结晶,含2分子结晶水,若从醇中析出,则为无水单斜片状结晶,能溶于水,微溶于醇,不溶于醚。含2分子结晶水的成品在105℃时会失水,230℃时变成棕色,244℃时分解。具有强碱性,水溶液能从空气中吸收二氧化碳。制备方法:以明胶或猪毛、猪血粉等为原料,经水解后,从水解液中提取氨酸盐酸盐(见03400),再经脱盐酸而得成品。用途:氨基酸类药。
