苦楝素分子式:CAS号:性质:又称苦楝素。三萜类苦味素。无色或略带黄色的结晶或结晶性粉末,味微苦。熔点244~245℃(分解)。旋光度-13.1°(c=1.75,丙酮)。易溶于吡啶、丙酮、乙醇、甲醇,微溶于氯仿、苯,几乎不溶于石油醚及水。存在于楝树科植物苦楝(Melia azedarach L.)的树皮,川楝(M. toosendan Sieb. et Zucc. )的果实、根皮、树皮中。具有驱蛔虫的生物活性,临床用于驱虫。具有解毒作用,对肉毒毒素中毒的实验动物有明显的治疗效果。
