细菌芽孢形成分子式:CAS号:性质:产芽孢的芽孢菌属(Bacillus)等细菌当其环境中营养缺乏和有害代谢产物累积时,会自然形成固有的芽孢。分七阶段:(1)束状染色体形成;(2)细胞膜内陷,细胞发生不对称分裂,其中小体积部分即为前芽孢;(3)前芽孢形成双层隔膜,随之抗辐射性增强;(4)在上述两层隔膜间充填芽孢肽聚糖后,合成吡啶-2,6-二羧酸(DPA),累积钙离子,开始形成皮层,折光率增高;(5)芽孢衣合成结束;(6)皮层合成完成,芽孢成熟,抗热性出现;(7)芽孢囊裂解,芽孢游离而出。
