嵌合抗体分子式:CAS号:性质:不同来源抗体组成部分(例如小鼠可变区与人恒定区)重组结合的抗体。先克隆出小鼠单克隆抗体重链和轻链可变区的DNA序列,然后把这些序列嵌入含有人类恒定区的基因序列的表达载体中,这样产生的抗体具有小鼠抗体的抗原结合特异性和人类抗体的低免疫性两大特点。也有的科学家直接把编码小鼠可变区和人类恒定区的cDNA连接起来,然后在淋巴样细胞中产生出这种抗体,发现这种抗体与癌细胞结合能力和小鼠单抗一样有效,这种抗体在浓度比小鼠单抗低100倍的情况下亦可杀伤癌细胞。
