毛菌纲  接合菌亚门的 1纲。本纲菌体多核、不分枝或具隔膜而分枝。无性繁殖主要包括毛孢子、孢囊孢子、节孢子和变形细胞。有性生殖仅在钩孢毛菌目发现接合孢子。接合孢子为典型双锥形,有些接合孢子还可以和毛孢子一样有附属丝。    毛菌纲与节肢动物有密切联系。除寄生变形毛菌附着在微小的甲壳纲动物和未成熟的昆虫体表生活外,其余的种都以固着器将菌体附着在寄主肠道的几丁质内壁上生活,自寄主肠腔内的物质中吸收养分而从不穿透到寄主的组织里面,因此也可以说它与寄主是一种共生或共栖关系。目前只有变形毛菌属和领孢毛菌属人工培养成功,它们的营养要求与其他普通腐生菌基本相同。    毛菌的寄主包括淡水或海水中以及陆地上的节肢动物,最常见的是昆虫(双翅目的水生幼虫、蜉游的若虫、甲虫)、甲壳动物(蟹、等足目)和蜈蚣等。大多数毛菌的寄主专化性不强,在同一种寄主(如黑蝇的幼虫)体内可同时有3~4属毛菌生长,有些毛菌甚至可以附着在早已附着于寄主体内的其他毛菌之上。毛菌的分布是世界性的,凡有节肢动物的地方都能找到毛菌。    依据无性繁殖器官的类型,本纲下分4目7科约40属。具毛孢子的为钩孢毛菌目,具孢囊孢子的为囊孢毛菌目,具节孢子的为节孢毛菌目,具变形细胞的为变形毛菌目。    长期以来,毛菌的分类地位在真菌分类学家间,一直存在着分歧。    参考书目   R.W.Lichtwardt, Trichomycetes,in:G.C.Ainsworthetal.(eds.),The Fungi, Vol.Ⅳ B, Academic press, New York,1973.
