白苏梗【通用名称】白苏梗【其他名称】白苏梗 (《中药形性经验鉴别法》) 【来源】为唇形科植物白苏的茎。植物形态详"白苏子"条。 【采集】秋季果实成熟时,割取老茎,除去果实及枝叶,晒干。 【药材】干燥的茎,叶片大多脱落,常带有果穗。茎圆角四方形,四边有槽,表面黄绿色,易折断;断面木质部黄白色,中心有白色疏松的髓。残留的叶片,皱缩、卷曲或破碎不整,黑绿色,背面较淡,两面均具白色毛。气香,味微苦辛。以茎老、干燥、无根叶杂质、气味芳香者为佳。 产江苏、安徽、四川、云南等地。 本品在江苏、四川等地与紫苏梗同等使用,并通称为苏梗。参见"紫苏梗"条。 【性味】《滇南本草》:"味辛,性温,无毒。" 【归经】《四川中药志》:"入肺、脾二经。" 【功用主治】顺气,消食,止痛,安胎。治气郁,食滞,胸膈痞闷,脘腹疼痛,胎气不和。 ①《滇南本草》:"补中益气。" ②《安徽药材》:"行气宽中,消痰利肺,安胎。" ③《四川中药志》:"下气宽胸,行里化痰,消食。治胸闷,噎膈反胃及心腹痛。" 【用法与用量】内服:煎汤,1.5~3钱。
