耐盐菌分子式:CAS号:性质:对2.5mol以上氯化钠浓度有特殊适应能力的细菌。这类细菌生活在盐湖、盐碱湖和海水中,盐腌制的食品中也常发现这类微生物。在生理上耐盐菌可分为两类:中度耐盐菌和极端耐盐菌。前者属真细菌,后者属古细菌。具有特殊的生理特性主功能,如耐盐菌细胞结构的一大特征是具有紫膜,就成为一个简单而精巧的光能转换器。可用一个合成三磷酸腺苷和淡化海水,也可制作太阳能电池。
