PKC分子式:CAS号:性质:一类Ca2+、磷脂依赖性蛋白激酶。到目前为止,哺乳动物组织内已确定10种PKC亚类,所有亚类都有由一条多肽链组成,分子量67 000~83 000。PKC广泛分布于各种组织器官和细胞,静止细胞中主要存在于细胞浆中,当细胞受到刺激后,PKC以Ca2+依赖形式转移到细胞膜上,催化多种蛋白质Ser/Thr羟基的磷酸化,其中包括各种受体膜蛋白、收缩蛋白、细胞骨架蛋白、核蛋白和酶类等,从而影响细胞的代谢、生长和分化。
