角膜接触镜计量角膜接触镜计量contact lenses measurement  11。以丫旧j iechuji叩jilia叩角膜接触镜计,(Con加记tl~~~ni)对角膜接触镜参数进行准确测量,并保证其量值统一的活动。角膜接触镜俗称隐形眼镜,其特征是直接贴附在人眼的角膜上。根据接触镜制造材料的类型,大致可以分为硬性镜片和软性镜片两类。硬性镜片只能稍徽弯曲,如果在外力下过度弯曲,则会破裂。通过泪液和镜片上的微孔,使角膜获得氧气。软性镜片由易吸水的光学材料制成,水的存在使得镜片柔软而且顺应性好,并且允许氧气通过并达到角膜。 角膜接触镜计量主要包括:①后顶焦度计量。角膜接触镜后顶焦度就是我们俗称的接触镜片度数。对硬性镜片用手动调焦式焦度计在空气中进行后顶焦度值的测量,对软性镜片采用莫尔条纹法焦度计在溶液中测量其后顶焦度。②直径计量。由于角膜接触镜是嵌人人眼内使用的,对其直径大小应有严格控制。角膜接触镜很易损坏与变形,不能直接测量,要用投影仪进行测量。③厚度计量。采用接触法可直接测t硬性接触镜的厚度,但对于软性接触镜,因为接触时会产生变形,因而难以准确,需用测量力小的灵敏测头进行测量,如采用电感测微仪测量。④曲率半径计量。角膜接触镜曲率半径需采用非接触式光学球径仪(用于测硬接触镜)和超声波测量装置(用于测软接触镜)进行测量。⑤材料折射率计量。可用阿贝折射仪来测量接触镜材料的折射率。⑥可见光与萦外辐射透射比计量。对角膜接触镜特别是软接触镜(含水)的透射比测量需用专门的镜片透射比测量装里进行测量。⑦表面质量与缺陷测量。接触镜表面上的缺陷如条纹、斑点等,都直接影响视力的清晰,会造成视力模糊不清,甚至判断失误,因而必须对接触镜的表面质量严格控制,要用镜片表面质量测量装置,用目视观察的方法进行测量。⑧透氧性能测量。为了维持人眼角膜正常代谢,必须有氧气。因而对角膜接触镜的透氧性能的检测十分重要。过去角膜接触镜生产厂家通常用极谱法测量接触镜的透氧性能,此方法不准确,而且测盘数值不能重复。现在通过库仑计法测量角膜接触镜的透氧性能,非常准确、标准。(马振亚)
