阿司咪唑分子式:分子量:CAS号:性质:又称息斯敏。无色晶体,熔点149.1℃,易溶于有机溶剂,不溶于水。为一种无中枢神经系统副作用和无抗胆碱能效应的极强的长效组胺H1-受体拮抗剂。用于治疗常年性季节性鼻炎,过敏性结肠炎,慢性荨麻疹及其他过敏症状。由异硫氰酸酯与邻苯二胺反应,产生硫脲衍生物,经烃化、环合后生成苯并咪唑,最后经碱化,烃化而得。
