癸氧喹酯分子式:C24H35NO5分子量:417.53CAS号:18507-89-6性质:浅黄色结晶性粉末。熔点86-87℃。微溶于氯仿、乙醚,几乎不溶于水。无臭。制备方法:由3,4-二羟基硝基苯在DMF介质中与溴癸烷反应生成3-羟基-4-癸氧基硝基苯。然后经乙氧基化、还原,制得3-乙氧基-4-癸氧基苯胺。然后,3-乙氧基-4-癸氧基苯胺与乙氧基亚甲基丙二酸二乙酯缩合,得3-乙氧基-4-癸氧基苯胺基甲叉丙二酸二乙酯,最后经导热姆A加热缩合而得成品。用途:喹啉类球虫药。作为饲料添加剂,预防肉鸡球虫病,1t饲料加本品27.2g。该品毒性低,耐受性好,安全范围大。代谢迅速,停药3天后,各组织中残留药物浓度低于1ppm。
