驱蛔灵,哌嗪, 磷酸哌嗪,哌哔嗪, 枸橼酸哌嗪药物名称:枸橼酸哌嗪英文名:Piperazine别名: 枸橼酸哌哔嗪;枸橼酸胡椒嗪;驱蛔灵,哌嗪, 磷酸哌嗪,哌哔嗪, 枸橼酸哌嗪外文名:Piperazine ,Pipizan Citrate, Diapermin, Exelmin , Pripsen 适应症: 本品具有麻痹蛔虫肌肉的作用,使蛔虫不能附着在宿主肠壁,随粪便排出体外。用于肠蛔虫病,蛔虫所致的不全性肠梗阻和胆道蛔虫病绞痛的缓解期。此外,亦可用于驱蛲虫。 用量用法: 1.枸橼酸呱嗪:驱蛔虫,成人每日每千克体重75mg,或每日3~3.5g,最多不超过4g;儿童每日每千克体重100~150mg,最多不超过3g。睡前顿服或分1~2次服,连服2日。如未驱尽,可再服1次,一般不必服泻药。驱蛲虫,成人每次1~1.2g,1日2次,连服7~10日;儿童剂量为1日每千克体重60mg,每日总量不超过2g,早晚分服,连服7~10日。 2.磷酸呱嗪:驱蛔虫,成人1日2.5~3g,睡前1次服,连服2日;小儿每千克体重80~130mg,1日量不超过2.5g,连服2日。驱蛲虫,成人1次0.8~1g,1日1.5~2g,连服7~10,小儿每日每千克体重50mg,分2次服,1日量不超过2g,连服7~10日 注意事项: 1.本品毒性低,但用量大时亦可引起头晕、头痛、恶心、呕吐等,少数病例可出现荨麻疹、乏力、胃肠功能紊乱共济失调等反应。 2.有肝、肾功能不良者、神经系统疾患及癫痫史的病人禁用。 3.便秘者可加服泻药。 4.硫双二氯酚或左旋咪唑与本品合用,有协同作用。 5.与扑蛲灵合用,可治疗混合感染。 6.与吩噻嗪类药物合用时,毒性较各自单用时为高。 规格: 枸橼酸哌嗪片:每片0.2g、0.5g。 枸橼酸哌嗪糖浆:每100ml含本品16g。 磷酸哌嗪片0.2g,0.5g. 类别:驱肠虫药
