钯钇合金分子式:CAS号:性质:钯基添加钇的二元合金。钇在钯中的最大固溶液为12(at)%,并产生显著的固溶强化效应。有PdY6.6、PdY8和PdY10等合金。PdY6.6、PdY10的透氢速度分别为4.99cm3/(cm2·s)和5.38 cm3/(cm2·s)(纯钯为1.43 cm3/(cm2·s))。采用电弧炉熔炼,铸锭在含50%氢气氛中进行吸氢软化处理,条件为400℃,2h。易于轧制成箔材,并进行真空退火处理。可用作氢气净化材料。
