浙贝甲素分子式:CAS号:性质:又称浙贝甲素,贝母素甲。针状结晶(乙醇),熔点223~224℃,旋光度[α]D16-19.4°(乙醇);旋光度[α]D17-20°(氯仿)。不溶于水、石油醚,溶于大多数有机溶媒。存在于百合科植物浙贝母(Fritillaria vetticillata willd. var. thunbergii Bak.)的鳞茎,川贝母(F. roylei Hook.)等植物中,已可化学合成制得。药理实验表明本品具有明显镇咳作用。
