双辊破碎机分子式:CAS号:性质:属于中碎机,主要部件为两个水平并列、作相对旋转的辊筒。工作时被碎料从上面落人两辊筒之间,借助于摩擦力将其卷入两辊筒的间隙中被压碎或同时被磨碎(当两个辊筒转速不同时),碎成料在重力作用下自行排出。碎成料的尺寸取决于两辊筒之间的间隙大小。辊筒表面除光滑的外,还有齿状及波纹状的,以适于破碎软质物料并可提高生产能力。这种破碎机的特点是所得碎成料的粒度分布窄、含细粉少。
