1. Pure Ti_3AlC_2 bulk material was synthesizal by hot pressing from the powder mixture of TiC,Ti,Al and Si.以TiC/Ti/Al/Si粉为原料,采用热压工艺成功制备了高纯度致密的Ti3AlC2块体材料,其制备的最佳温度为(1300~1500)℃,引入适量的Si能促进Ti3AlC2的合成。
