冷床冷床cooling bed  lengehuang 冷床(coaling bed)用于冷却和存放铸坯的 连铸设备。冷床还可以缓冲出坯操作与铸坯吊运周期 之间的不协调。冷床的类型多种多样,有滑轨冷床、翻’转冷床和步进冷床等。(1)滑轨冷床。是最简单的一种 冷床,由立柱、横梁和滑轨等组成,铸坯一根靠一根的, 由拉、推钢机使其向前运行。(2)翻转冷床。可使铸坯一 根根地运行,且铸坯每向前进一步即被翻转一个角度, 这样可使铸坯四面冷却均匀并保持良好的平直度,用 于长坯的收集。翻转冷床由两组带齿形的重型钢板系 统组成,这两组齿形钢板被分别驱动或者一组固定,另 一组可水平运动和垂直运动。驱动用液压缸或者电机 一减速机系统。两组齿形钢板的相对运动,使铸坯翻转,l瓢撇巍熬瘾 铸坯 l 2一匕蘸巍巍赢巍蠢纂… 翻转冷床动作示意 1一固定齿形钢板沼一活动齿形钢板并向前运动,每个周期铸坯移动一个齿位,图中示出翻转冷床输送铸坯的过程原理。(3)步进冷床。也是使铸坯一步步向前运行,但不作翻转运动,因而设备比翻转冷床简单。冷床的主要参数有冷床的面积、长度、宽度、铸坯在冷床上的运行速度和运行时间以及出口铸坯温度等百冷床的宽度取决于铸坯的长度,而冷床的长度由所需冷床贮存能力以及铸坯吊运方式等多种因素综合而定。(见彩图插页第21页) (俞妾)
