高分子材料耐候性高分子材料耐候性weatherability of polymer materials 高分子材料耐候性weatherability of pol帅ermaterials高分子材料在自然气候环境下曝露时的耐老化能力。 试验手段高分子材料耐候性用气候老化试验考核。试验主要分为两类。 ①自然气候曝露试验(大气老化试验):将试样或制品曝露于大气环境中,使其受各种气候因素如日照、氧、臭氧、温度和水分的综合作用。试验在曝露场进行,曝露场应建在能代表某一最严酷气候类型或环境条件近似于实际应用的地区。依据有两个:以能代表某“气候类型”为标准,称为“标准气候”曝露场;以近似使用环境为标准,称为“非标准气候”曝露场。曝露架方向朝正南,架面与水平面的倾角一般为45。。试验开始时间最好在春末夏初。试验期限根据试验目的、要求和结果而定。测试周期可根据预定的试验期限定出,一般取12个月左右。在试验过程中,视性能变化快慢酌情缩短或延长测试周期。自然气候曝露试验由于在自然气候下进行,与材料的实际使用环境近似,所以能获得较可靠的结果。缺点是试验周期长,需要几个月,甚至几年,很难满足应用要求。此外,由于气候条件受时间、地域的制约,日照、风、雨等因素不能人为控制,试验结果很难引起重视。 ②人工气候试验(人工加速老化试验):在人工气候箱内进行的试验。试验中模拟大气环境的因素如光、氧、温度;湿度和降雨。其中光源和光照条件是最重要的因素。高分子材料的光老化不仅与光源的辐射强度有关,而且与光源的能谱分布有密切关系。试验所用的人工光源,都力求在290一400纳米间的能谱分布曲线近似太阳光在此区间的谱线。此外要求较高的加速倍率。国际标准化组织(I 50)规定了可供任意选择的光源为紫外型碳弧灯、阳光型碳弧灯、氮灯和荧光灯。试验的空气温度40一60℃,黑板温度63士3℃;相对湿度60一70%;降雨条件的选择以自然气候降雨数据为依据,按ASTM标准规定,较多采用每102分钟降雨18分钟。如果人工气候试验条件选择比较恰当,选取的评价指标能基本反映该材料老化破坏的规律性,终止指标定得比较合理,就有可能找出与自然气候曝露试验之间的换算关系,用人工气候试验在较短的时间内预测高分子材料在户外环境的耐候性或使用寿命。氮灯和阳光型碳弧灯的试验结果与大气老化试验结果比较一致,模拟性较好,紫外型碳弧灯模拟性较差。用人工气候试验方法评价高分子新材料的性能和地区适用性,仍为选择材料的依据。 评价高分子材料气候老化过程中性能变化的测试指标,应根据品种、用途和特性来选择。
