硬质合金硬质合金cementedcarbide由难熔金属的硬质化合物和粘结金属通过粉末冶金工艺制成的一种合金材料。硬质化合物主要有碳化钨、碳化钛和碳化钽;粘结金属有钴、镍等金属,常用的是钴。硬质合金具有高硬度,常温下可达HRA93~94,并且在500℃以下基本保持不变;其高温红硬性好,使用温度可达1000℃;抗弯强度为1000~4000MPa,抗压强度达6000MPa;常温刚性好,无明显的塑性变形,耐磨能力约为高速钢的15~20倍。此外,硬质合金还具有耐腐蚀、线膨胀系数小等特点。广泛用于制造切削刀具、矿山工具、模具及耐磨、耐腐蚀部件。常用的硬质合金有碳化钨基、碳化钛基和钢结硬质合金。碳化钨基硬质合金以钴为粘结金属,有钨钴合金、钨钛钴合金、钨钽钴合金、通用合金、耐蚀合金和超细晶粒合金等。超细晶粒合金的碳化钨最大粒度不超过1微米,制成的刀具适于低速切削。碳化钛基硬质合金以镍和钼为粘结金属。碳化钨基和碳化钛基硬质合金主要用于制作各种切削刀具。钢结硬质合金以钢作为粘结金属,具有可加工性,如切削、锻造、热处理等。主要用于制造模具和耐磨、耐腐蚀部件。
