金属阳极分子式：CAS号：性质：电解过程在金属基体上涂以不同物质深层的阳极。基体主要为钛、锆、铪、铌、钽、钨、钴、铝等单质金属或化合物，或是两种金属的合金。涂层有三类：(1)钛、锆、铌、钽、铋、钨、铝的氧化物、硼化物、氢化物、硅化物、磷化物、砷化物等贵金属。(2)铂、铱、铋、钉、锇、钯等。(3)铜、铁、金、银、镍、钴等金属。涂层可为上述物质的混合物。工业上主要使用形稳阳极，在钛基体上用热分解法被覆一层铂族金属(如钌)的氧化物和阀金属(如钛)氧化物混晶结构的涂层。主要用作碱金属氯化物(如NaCl、KCl)和水的电解。还可用于碱金属氯酸盐(如NaClO3)的电解。使用此类电极有槽电压低、电流效率高、耗电量少、可在高电流密度下使用、产品纯度高、耐用、易维修、消除铅、汞污染等优点。
