铅、锌精矿烧结车间设计铅、锌精矿烧结车间设计design of sinter plant of lead or/and zinc concentrate q旧nxjn Jingkuang shaojie ehejion sheji铅、锌精矿烧结车间设计(dessgn。f SinterPlant of lead or/and zine eoneentrate)以硫化铅精矿或铅锌混合精矿为原料,配以熔剂、返粉和烟尘,通过烧结焙烧,获得能满足鼓风炉熔炼要求的烧结块的车间设计。是格冶炼厂设计和锌冶炼厂设计组成部分。烧结焙烧是使硫化精矿焙烧脱硫并烧结成坚实多孔的块状物的过程,简称烧结。铅、锌精矿烧结车间一般包括配料、混合、制粒、烧结及返粉破碎、筛分和冷却等部分。 铅、锌精矿烧结车间设计内容主要包括工艺流程选择、设备、车间配置和技术指标。 简史20世纪初,硫化铅精矿采用间断作业的烧结锅烧结,稍后出现了吸风烧结机,烧结过程发展为连续作业。50年代澳大利亚布罗肯希尔联合熔炼公司(Broken Hill Assoeiated Smelters Pty Ltd.)的皮里港(PoTt Pirie)铅厂开始采用鼓风烧结机,烧结烟气中的二氧化硫浓度得到提高,在铅、锌烧结设计中获得推广应用。 1964年,中国沈阳冶炼厂将吸风烧结机改为鼓风烧结机,1971年株洲冶炼厂设计新建一台鼓风返烟烧结机,提高了烧结烟气中的二氧化硫浓度并可用于制酸。 工艺流程选择硫化铅精矿或铅锌混合精矿烧结工艺流程见图1。其主要工序包括配料、烧结和返粉破碎。(1)配料。有堆式配料和仓式 配料,堆式配料占地面积大,所以 设计一般采用仓式配料。(见重金 属冶炼厂原料准备车问设计) (2)烧结。设计大多采用鼓风 烧结。鼓风烧结是从烧结料层底 部点火向上鼓风,使焙烧反应和 烧结层由料层底部向上移动的烧 结过程。烟气含二氧化硫浓度较 高,可用于制酸的烟气中的含硫 量约占原料含硫量的50%。二氧 化硫低的烟气,需经返烟烧结,即 用烧结产出的低浓度二氧化硫烟 气代替部分空气返回烧结,以提 高烟气中二氧化硫的浓度。返烟量可根据经济效益和环境保护要求选定。一般鼓风烧结的返烟系统见图2。 熔剂铅精矿或铅锌精矿鼓风炉烟尘肴 图1硫化铅精矿或铅锌精矿烧结工艺流程 (3)返粉破碎。烧结返粉是返回烧结作业的烧结碎料,简称返粉。为保证60%以上的返粉粒度小于6mm,设计通常选择三段或四段破碎。
