锅炉蒸发系统锅炉蒸发系统boiler evaporating system guolu zhengfox}tong锅炉燕发系统(boiler evaporating system) 将工质加热至产生蒸汽的受热面及其连接管路的总合.因工质在蒸发系统中流动的主推动力来源的不同，一般分为自然循环、控制(或称辅助)循环和直流三种基本形式。自然循环靠下降管与上升管间工质密度差来推动水循环。控制循环是在下降管和上升管之间串接循环泵用以辅助水循环并使工质作强制流动。直流靠给水泵扬程使工质在蒸发系统内作一次强制性流动。 自然循环蒸发系统由锅筒、下降管、上升管(又称水冷壁)和汽水引人管组成的闭合循环回路。由一根下降管与一个管屏连接而成的单独回路称简单回路，否则为复杂回路。在上升管内水受热蒸发，形成汽水混合物进人锅筒并在其中进行汽水分离，分离出来的饱和蒸汽由引出管进入过热器，水则与省煤器来水混合后又经下降管再进入上升管继续循环。对自然循环熬发系统要求保持上升管中有一定的工质循环流速姚，合适的循环倍率K，不出现停滞、倒流等循环故障，保证管屏不发生传热恶化现象。一般要求下降管与上升管、汽水引人管与上升管均维持较大截面比，尽量采用简单回路。(见自然循环锅炉) 直流蒸发系统由连接管道、管屏、混合器(分配器)等组成。进口为水，出口为蒸汽，中间可能有一、二次混合，无工质再循环。通常按传热恶化、壁温、水动力特性(如脉动，多值性等)及热偏差等条件确定工质质童流速、管屏熔增、管子人口处节流圈孔径等。目前广泛采用的直流燕发系统管屏有垂直上升(一次或多次)、垂直或水平回带、水平围绕三种基本型式以及它们的组合型式，如下部水平围绕上部为一次上升，下部多次上升上部一次上升等(见直流锅炉水冷壁管屏)。 控制循环蒸发系统按结构及运行特点.可分为带锅筒的辅助循环、低循环倍率及复合循环三种型式。系统中都带有循环泵。(见拉制循环锅炉) (l)辅助循环蒸发系统:由锅筒、下降管、泵吸人管、循环泵、排水管、分配包(装设节流圈)、管屏、汽水引人管及管道阀门组成。循环泵为低压头大流量单级离心泵，用来提高回路压头，克服系统阻力。上升管人口装设节流圈，其孔径的选择应适合管子吸热情况，并能合理分配上升管的工质流量，保证循环可靠及防止传热恶化。进人循环泵的锅水应具有一定过冷度，以防止汽蚀。辅助循环较自然循环可采用较小直径的上升管及下降管，锅筒直径及长度相对可小一些。 (2)低循环倍率蒸发系统:由带汽水分离器的直流锅炉发展成的一种燕发系统，由混合器、过滤器、循环泵、分配器、节流圈、管屏、分离器及阀门组成。
