扩散式洗浆机分子式：CAS号：性质：又称扩散式洗浆机。纸浆洗净设备的一种。其洗涤原理是用洗涤水以置换的形式来排除废液，以提高洗净效率。有间歇式和连续式两类。间歇式由于洗涤时间长，使用较少。连续式的主要构造由在塔中进行上下运动的同心圆形筛环、耙式排料器，以及石筛环间回转的洗涤管所组成。借液压缸作用，筛环与浆料一起上升，达到行程最上部后，再使筛环迅速回落，重新与未洗净浆料一起上升，如此循环进行。洗净浆料由上部经排料器排出。筛环的上升时间就是浆料的洗涤时间，故比过滤式洗涤时间长。同时筛环在浆料中急剧下降时，筛孔受浆料冲刷，能自动清扫。置换式洗浆机的优点是：结构简单、体积小、操作简便、动力消耗小、封闭操作没有泡沫问题。
