喹硫磷分子式:C12H15N2O3PS分子量:298.29CAS号:13593-03-8性质:白色结晶。熔点31-32℃,沸点142℃(0.04kPa,分解),相对密度1.235(20/4℃),折光率1.5642(25℃)。蒸气压(20℃)为0.27×10-5Pa。在24℃水中的溶解度为22ppm。易溶于甲醇、乙醇、丙酮和芳香烃。遇酸则分解。制备方法:以邻苯二胺、氯乙酸、双氧水为原料,制取中间体2-羟基喹噁啉,然后与O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯在乙腈中及碳酸钾存在下缩合而得喹硫磷。原料消耗定额:邻苯二胺1200kg/t、氯乙酸1150kg/t、O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯800kg/t。用途:喹硫磷为广谱有机磷杀虫剂,具有触杀、胃毒作用,对咀嚼口器、刺吸口器害虫吸效,用于防治水稻螟虫、棉花害虫、蔬菜蚜虫等。
